The following travel Terms and conditions will apply to all clients booking with RHODES-TRANSFER.COM company member of RHODES-TRANSFER registered in Greece.

Currency All rates are quoted in Euros. Confirmation of your reservation along with vouchers and instructions will be provided once all necessary arrangements have been made on your behalf.

Cancellation or change of the booking details
should always be done in writing by e-mail. If you wish to cancel your
reservation, you are entitled to do so up to 48 hours before transfer
(date and time) and the downpayment you have paid will be refunded to you as
soon as possible. Otherwise, in less than 48 hours before the transfer,
the downpayment you have paid will not be refunded.

If for any reason you do not receive a notification please contact us. Prices All prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices include fuel and vehicle fees, the chauffeur’s remuneration and legal liability insurance for all passengers.

Please note that all alterations or cancellations should be made via E-mail or Phone.

 As regarding airport and port, are has there a
maximum waiting time of 45 minutes, after arrival of the airplane or the
ship. If for some reason you delay more than 45 minutes, you must inform
the driver to wait and in this case we will charge you, 10 euro per half
hour. If the passengers does not appear after 45 minutes the driver has
the right to leave and to cancel the transfer, in this case the amount
you have paid will not be refunded.

Important Remarks You are responsible for checking the details of the booking on the voucher or confirmation E-mail.

RHODES-TRANSFER.COM will not be held responsible if the information is incorrect. If it is incorrect please inform us as soon as possible and we will e-mail you an amended voucher.

No responsibility for costs is to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport.

Please ensure you give us your arrival times and day at the destination points and not your departing information.

RHODES-TRANSFER.COM can not be held responsible for various unexpected events that might take place before or during your transfer (such as accidents, events of political nature, roads blocked due to extreme natural phenomena, or other phenomena of a higher power, extreme adverse driving conditions, unexpected mechanical problems and failures of our vehicles, strikes declared by the local Transfer Unions, etc.)

Which will prevent us from providing you our services as have been agreed. We also can not be held responsible for any damage caused to you due to a delayed arrival at your destination.

In case of using the child seat the client has full
responsibility of checking that it is securely placed and safe for the
child.

In the case of such unforeseen events, we will notify you immediately of our inability to provide you with our services and we will provide all possible information in order to help you get alternative modes of transportation.
